  • YOU go girl-Velma- you are making good points in today's discussion. BUt, I am sad that she was placed in the Supreme court following -to me- the racial slur/dig. But that game is over, I pray that she will become color blind and embrace the constitution-which I love.

  • At my age, I can remember the dream of my youth to be in the great state of Texas where all of the movie cowboy-I thought lived. I am amazed at the character of Congresswoman Hutchison. If I lived in Texas-I would be a volunteer for her campaign.

  • It saddens me to view comments about this. I am biracial and pray nightly to help our great country in calming and settling this issue. The position that she is in-and the comment she made should certainly place her on accepted with probation of 5years.

  • I have to enter this issue. Just last week in Central Oklahoma. Two police officers were gunned down when going to a domestic disturbance- the citizen was calm and also shot another person across the street. We need to enter this recent history to the discussion.
